60-Minute Grounding & Focused Healing Session Designed for those who need a clear, focused step forward, this 60-minute session offers a blend of consultation, energy healing, and practical guidance. We start with a 15-minute consultation to pinpoint your current challenges, followed by 45 minutes of intentional healing work. Through meditations, mantras, visualizations, and breathwork, we address the energy you bring into the session, helping you feel more grounded and supported in the present moment. While shorter than the 111-minute session, this experience leaves you with clarity and a renewed sense of direction, making it the perfect choice for those seeking immediate relief and a focused path forward.
