Service Description

Sometimes the challenges we face show up as recurring patterns, difficult emotions, uncertainty, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or a feeling that something deeper is asking for our attention. This extended session is designed for those who are looking to explore their experiences more deeply and gain greater clarity, understanding, and perspective. We begin with a conversation about where you are currently, what you would like to focus on, and what has been present in your life. From there, I use intuitive healing, energy work, guided meditation, breathwork, visualization, crystals, and intuitive guidance to support the process that unfolds naturally throughout the session. Every session is unique. While many clients arrive with a specific concern or question, we often uncover perspectives and patterns that may not have been visible before. Together, we explore what arises and how it may relate to your life, relationships, experiences, and personal growth. Clients often leave feeling more grounded, clear, connected to themselves, and equipped with practical insights they can continue exploring long after the session has ended. This Session Includes: • Consultation and intention setting • Intuitive healing and energy work • Guided meditation, visualization, breathwork, and intuitive guidance as appropriate • Water and/or tea (cacao may be offered during select morning sessions) • Closing discussion and integration support • Personalized after-care suggestions and session notes Please Note The session is booked for 111 minutes. On occasion, particularly during first-time appointments, the session may naturally extend beyond the scheduled time. If additional time is required to bring the session to an appropriate stopping point, there is no additional charge. If you have time constraints, please let Olivia know before your session.
